- Orders should be collected within 2 days unless otherwise agreed.
- We do not offer delivery or shipping services at this time.
Returns & Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of our products (e.g., coffee beans, bakery items), all sales are final once collected.
- If you receive a product that is faulty or incorrect, please inform us at the time of pickup, or contact us within 24 hours.
- Refunds or replacements are offered at our discretion for genuine issues reported promptly.
